EOSC Symposium 2022
This year, the city of Prague, Czech Republic, will play host to the EOSC Symposium, the main EOSC annual event, from 14-17 November 2022. EO4EU was present with a poster showcasing the EO4EU platform.
The European Open Science Cloud community is relevant for EO4EU as the EO4EU Platform will make EO data more accessible to all non-expert users and ensuring that EO data is further exploited not only within the research communities producing them but also other domains, or even application areas such as policy-making or the private sector. EOSC can be a potential channel to promote usage of EO4EU and make EO data available to various research domains.

From across Europe and beyond, over 500 stakeholders from ministries, policy makers, research performing organisations, service providers, research infrastructures and research communities will gather to reflect on the EOSC key achievements and strategic challenges. Together, they shall strive to identify priorities and concrete actions at European, national and institutional level to accelerate EOSC implementation.
To further support this annual meeting of the EOSC minds, an exhibition space will showcase community milestones, achievements and innovations. EO4EU was showcased.
