EO4EU at the trade fair and congress FLORIAN 2025

From 9 to 11 October 2025, Fraunhofer IVI participated with its own booth at the trade fair and congress FLORIAN 2025 in Dresden, Germany. The event, recognised as one of the key national platforms for innovations in civil security, brought together decision-makers and professionals from various sectors, including governmental authorities, professional and voluntary fire brigades, police, armed forces, rescue services, and relief organisations.

During the event, Fraunhofer IVI showcased the EO4EU Platform, presenting its capabilities in Earth Observation data integration and its potential applications for emergency management and disaster response. The team engaged in productive discussions with numerous end-users and stakeholders, gathering valuable feedback and exploring opportunities for collaboration and further development of the EO4EU approach.

The participation at FLORIAN 2025 provided an excellent opportunity to raise awareness of EO4EU’s innovative solutions and to strengthen connections within the broader civil security community.
